- Performing Fund: Since inception, Debt Fund A has never experience any losses or charge-offs and all loans as of March 1, 2018 are current.
- Cash Yield paid monthly at 5.5% annual interest rate.
- Investment Period – This is a 36 Month Lockup Period. Funders are required to hold their units for a minimum of 36 Months before they may request Redemption (the lockup period). After lockup Period, Redemption requests will be considered on a first com, first served basis.

The fund may buy opportunistic assets with 20-30% below market value targets in rural developing markets in close proximity to 2nd tier MSA’s.
