Marco Molina has 18 years of legal experience. During his legal career , Marco has focused on various aspects of real estate. His practice includes acquisitions, sales, assistance in land use, and all matters relating to real estate. Mr. Molina assists clients in contract drafting, performing due diligence and reviewing financing options, among other things. Mr. Molina also handles many corporate matters including entity formation, drafting of operating agreements and working with small and medium sized businesses.
